Creating & Assigning Classwork
Start by clicking the Create button
Choose the type of classwork you want to create

Assignment
Fill out the needed fields
-
Make a copy for each student so they are not all working in the same document
Click Add or Create to make your assignment

You can add and create additional files to go along with the assignment
When you are finished click the Assign button

Kami Assignment
Allows documents to be annotated digitally

Quiz assignment
Fill out the needed fields
Click Blank Quiz to go to Forms to create a quiz
OR

lick Add to use an already made quiz

You can enable locked mode on the Chromebooks so that students cannot access any other sites while taking a quiz

You can have students’ quiz scores automatically imported into Google Classroom

You can add and create other files to go along with the quiz
When you are finished click the Assign button

Question
Ask all or individual students questions that can be answered in a short answer or multiple choice format
Additional files can be added-audio, video, etc.
Students can see each other’s answer after submitting

Commenting can be enabled

Editing can be enabled
-
Material
Sharing resources that will not be turned in for grading

Reuse Post
Reuse classwork from another class
or previous assignment

Topic
Organizes classwork and assignments by specific topic
