Accessing Google Classroom

Log into Google with your Russell email username and password

The first time a student logs into Google a “Welcome to your new account” page will display. Click Accept.

-Option 1- Go to www.google.com to Sign In

Go to https://classroom.google.com OR click on the waffle and then the Google Classroom icon

-Option 2- Log in through Clever

Click on the Google Classroom icon

Joining a New Class

Click on the + in the top right corner to Join class

Enter the Class code or click Join

-The first time a student enters Google Classroom they will have to click Continue to proceed and pick their role.

*Choosing the role of teacher does not give students teacher level access to the class.
